Privacy policy

1. Controller

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; German: DSG) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data from the order form
When you order a transport via our online form, we collect the data entered there: details of the transport appointment, the client and the patient. This also includes sensitive health data — such as the type of transport, oxygen requirements, an isolation situation or notes in the «Speziell zu beachten» (special considerations) field.
We use this data exclusively to plan, carry out and invoice the transport. The legal basis is the performance of the transport contract and your express consent, which you give in the final step of the form.
The data is stored in our own system and also transmitted to our dispatch system, which we use to coordinate journeys. Data is only passed on to other third parties where this is necessary to carry out the transport (e.g. to the destination facility) or where we are legally obliged to do so. Data is never sold.
Retention: order data is kept for as long as is necessary for processing, invoicing and the statutory retention periods (usually ten years for business records) and is then deleted.
3. E-mail and telephone
If you call or write to us, we process the information provided in order to respond to your enquiry. We use an e-mail delivery service provider to send our e-mails; in doing so, the e-mail address and the content of the message are processed.
4. Server log files
When this website is accessed, technically necessary data is logged: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data serves the secure operation of the website and error analysis and is not combined with other data sources.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies and does not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising services. No data is transmitted to Google Analytics or comparable services. Fonts are served locally from our own server; there is no connection to external font providers.
Your form entries are not stored in your browser’s memory. If you close the form before submitting it, your entries are lost — and, precisely for that reason, nothing is left behind.
Our own anonymous visitor statistics. To learn which pages are helpful, we count page views, clicks on our phone number and e-mail address, submissions of the order form, time on page and scroll depth — on our own server in Switzerland, without cookies and without third parties. We store the page visited, the referring website (e.g. a search engine), device type, browser and language. Your IP address is not stored: visits are only counted via a daily changing, non-reversible token, so we can neither identify you nor recognise you across days. If “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” is enabled in your browser, nothing is recorded. Requests from automated programs (e.g. search engine and AI crawlers) are logged with the program name and page.
6. Data security
This website and all form entries are transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information about the personal data we process, as well as the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact info@mobimed.ch.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC; German: EDÖB).
8. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this page at the relevant time shall apply.
